Complete the application below — who you are, who's living in the home, and two references. Ten minutes, honestly.
Applications are reviewed under ORC 4781.40. The park will not unreasonably refuse a qualified purchaser.
On approval, you'll sign the lot rental agreement, receive the park rules, and get the keys to your summer.
Who must apply: anyone purchasing a home located in West Harbor Club — and anyone bringing a home into the park. Residency is for part-time (seasonal) living only; the park does not accept permanent tenants, and lots may not be sub-rented.
